What kind of software systems can be specified with ModelIntegra?
ModelIntegra supports the use-case-driven specification of software systems. If use cases are used to specify your software system than ModelIntegra will most probably work for you. The main focus lies on the development of information systems.
What kind of tools are required?
ModelIntegra is tool-independent to an great extent. Anyway a tight integration to a UML-tool is required. For now there is a plugin available for NoMagic’s MagicDraw UML. Integrating ModelIntegra into another UML-tool is possible, but needs some additional effort. Integrations to tools that hold traceable elements like requirements, business processes or test cases is inexpensive.
What operation systems is required?
ModelIntegra is implemented in Java and therefore largely independent from any operation system. Anyway the current plugin for NoMagic MagicDraw UML will only work on MS Windows OS right now. With some adaptions it would run on Unix/Linux OS too.
